What’s Coming in Our November Presentation
This presentation is not to be missed! Our November 29 talk will feature yours truly, Professor Robert, talking about “the Spiritual dimension of Astrology – Navigating the Changes in the Collective Field.”
We’ll see how in this “season” of the “century cycle,” we will experience the emergence of “Divine Mother energy,” with astrological markers when global transformations can be expected. We’ll take a look at Astrological factors in the major changes and passages we’re all going through now and in 2026-2027, and how to use the intensity of the collective field to fulfill our purpose.
We’ll also take another look at how to view and navigate the current darkness, and discuss some solutions to counter the lower energies in the world.
I have no doubt it’s going to be another excellent discussion, and we hope you will join us for this event, since “what one astrologer misses another catches.”

A Look at Some of Our Recent Presentations
Our June 28 talk featured Professor Robert giving us a guided tour of his new book The Cycles of Life – 7 Year Cycles and Stages of Change. When we’re born, 7 year cycles kick into play on material, emotional, psychological, and spiritual levels of life. This technique helps you understand which planet creates the specific quality of every year of a 7 year cycle. After editing this will be available for purchase.
Our July 26 talk featured Doc Benton speaking on the “Summer of Change” and the Saturn/Neptune conjunction and the Uranus/Neptune/Pluto double-sextile trine in play off and on this year and next.
Our August 16 event was our yearly free Summer program, where Robert lead the group through an analysis of 5 extraordinary horary charts on “How to View and Navigate the Current Darkness,” “What is the Source of and Solution to Evil in the World?”, “What Does Christ Returning to Earth Mean?”, and “What Is the Future Destiny of Astrology?” We had quite a wide ranging discussion and a good time was had by all!
Our September 27 talk featured Chris Mitchell speaking on “A Medieval A-Z: From Astrolabes to Zijes.” He took us through the history of how chart computations were lost until the 12th century, the impossibly complex mathematics the ancients used to compute charts and the importance of the Astrolabe in advancing our knowledge of placements.
Our October 25 talk featured Eric Meyers speaking on “The Astrological Biorhythm: The Progressed Moon by Declination.” It was a fascinating look at how the declination of the Progressed Moon takes us through times of ascent and descent over a 28 year period, with “seasons” where we hit peaks and valleys every 14 years as the Progressed Moon moves through the Solstice signs. (If there’s enough interest I’ll professionally edit it and make it available for purchase.)

If you would like to attend, please make sure you’ve downloaded the latest Zoom update so you don’t have to deal with it when you’re trying to get into the talks. If you go to the site, just download the latest software. They release new versions often, so please upgrade in advance. Details are provided in our two AAZ alerts in the two weeks prior to the presentation.
To anticipate a question, you don’t have to have a camera or microphone to attend a ZOOM webinar. All you need is internet access and speakers. AN ASTROLOGICAL OVERVIEW OF November 2025

(This column is an abbreviated version of what we send to members at the beginning of each month. If you want the complete overview, please join our organization.)
This month we have a huge number of “oppositions and sextiles and trines oh my” thanks to a lot of transits in late Scorpio trining Saturn and Neptune in Pisces while opposing Uranus, which retrogrades back into Taurus early in the month! Add Mercury and Jupiter both going retrograde early in the month, and Mercury and Saturn both going stationary direct late in the month, and we have a lot of sea changes ahead, mostly harmonious due to the Grand Water Trines from the Sun, Venus, and Mercury to Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune.
So now we have an echo of early 2025, with Uranus in late Taurus and Neptune in late Pisces, assisting any planets we have in the last degrees of the Earth and Water signs to align with the spiritual field. Go for your heart’s desire, display your genius and/or unique qualities, practice relaxation (since Uranus oppositions are the definition of “high strung!”) and be open to deeper connections with self, others, and Source which are satisfying and set within a larger stable flow.
November begins under the beams of the October New Moon at 29 Libra, showing a month of community building and learning techniques of repair and/or reconstruction. This will come to surface at the November Full Moon at 14 Scorpio/Taurus, giving us the Light of “distant communications” taking shape as an ability to enjoy life as we “return to simpler joys for pleasure and revitalization.” So the first half of the month has a definite Libra emphasis, while the second half of the month is Scorpio all the way all the time!
Then there’s the Mercury retrograde factor. As most of you know, Mercury retrograde is a review of both the recent past as well as “echoes of memories of perceptions of echoes of memories of perception” which help us see how past, present, and future are a continuum of awareness.
So take a look back to see how your mind and heart have been cut loose this year to live a greater freedom in the sector where you have 7 Sagittarius, as well as the houses which have Gemini and Virgo on the cusps. Still, because it makes a continual Grand Water Trine the last 10 days of the month and the first 10 days of December, we’ll come to newer deeper understanding of what we feel and what has left or is leaving which may set up tension between old and new perspectives.
As with October, Jupiter is in trine to Saturn all month, and continues a period of opportunities in the sign of personal feelings and the need to feel safe interacting with others in harmonious relationship with Saturn in Pisces, giving us a last look back to say goodbye to old ways of life. We’re saying goodbye to a lot this Autumn and by Winter we’ll be on our way. Abundance is promised for all of us in 2026.
Jupiter in Cancer is the Teacher in the sign of immediate and intimate feelings and experiences, encouraging us to fulfill basic necessities and explore closer connections with others in “our tribe.” As it’s now in the last decan of Cancer, we are consolidating and integrating whatever we’ve been expanding into since June, and this month begin its retrograde in the second half of Cancer through March.
Saturn goes stationary direct this month, resuming its final trek through the last 5 degrees of Pisces. As it occupies the spiritual level of the Scorpio decan of Pisces, Mars is very prominent. 26 Pisces is a degree of showing some “the poetry of their life” while making it clear we all have to do our own thing in our own way, and shouldn’t expect anyone else to conform to how we do it.
This begins our final transit over the degrees of using imagination to dominate circumstances and finding an abundance tailored to who we are. The circumstances will be set and the abundance established by February, so be willing to receive and give blessings when appropriate, since by going with the flow we’re all finding exactly what we need as we finish our emotional attachment to our past which is rapidly fading.
The action is in the houses where we have Scorpio and Sagittarius, making Jupiter a major player through its dispositorship of Mars, which rules Scorpio. Jupiter in Cancer emphasizes intimate and creative interactions, and with Sun, Venus, and Mercury making Grand Water Trines with Jupiter and Saturn, all we have to do is a) follow the flow, b) let go and/or accept as needed, c) search for connectedness within and with others, and d) continue to eliminate everything which either blocks us or triggers a too-intense response. If you’re aligned emotionally with the flow, this month will help you get in touch with deep feelings and a sense of connection within yourself and with All-That-Is.
The Spiritual Field
We continue to be blessed by the closest Neptune sextile with Pluto in 30 years. We’re now between two eras: the past/present of Uranus in Taurus, Neptune in Pisces, and Pluto in Capricorn, and the present/future of Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries, and Pluto in Aquarius. Each of these “three note chords” creates a powerful linkage in the Spiritual field of productive stability according to the signs involved.
We began an entirely new experience of Spirit and Life when these Spiritual powerhouses shifted out of Earth and Water into Fire and Air this past Summer. This is Life and Spirit expressed as a new inspiration, with Saturn in Aries providing “real world structure” crystallizing the preliminary Fire and Air harmonic consciousness. Regard Summer as a “dress rehearsal” which showed us what’s coming in early 2026, and the current period with Uranus in Taurus and Neptune in Pisces as a last chance to clean up and clean out that which has outlived its usefulness. .
Uranus has occupied the first two degrees of Gemini between early July and early November, heralding new discoveries and the arrival of “Santa Claus” for those affected by 2 Gemini. Now we get to return to Uranus in Taurus, which will put a punctuation point on our 2025 individual and spiritual awakening which marks a long term regeneration and renewal wherever we have late Taurus. This is the next step of the 14 year cycle which began in April 2024 with the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction promising us all a new life.
Neptune in Aries is spreading a new type of energy which will “be in fashion” in the collective consciousness for decades to come. It went stationary retrograde on the “avatar” degree at 3 Aries. That degree promises us new “avatars,” new world leaders, and new icons of an Aries nature through this century and beyond.
And because Saturn went SRX at 2 Aries in mid-July we’ve been learning objectivity through humor, and humor through objectivity. Now they’re both back in Pisces, helping us get a final understanding of what we need to fulfill our dream when we cut loose into the new spiritual field of Fire and Air beginning next March.
Between late October and late January Neptune will occupy 30 Pisces, the end of the end where we dream the future. We’ve been shaping the dream since May 2024, and this final review of the dream will then begin to be made manifest in February when Saturn leaves Pisces.
Pluto in Aquarius puts us on the cusp of historic change. Since its last RX station at 4 Aquarius, we’ve been reviewing what will heal us, or how to regenerate to “make things whole.” Keep opening to your latent “healing powers,” or ability to restore a natural harmony to circumstances. If necessary, mobilize to action when the storm blows in! Now that it’s in direct motion, be “galvanized to action” through sudden developments which “liberate you from adverse conditions.”
We also have several long wave Aries cycles in play. Jupiter launched a major healing and mentoring cycle when it conjuncted Chiron at 15 Aries on March 11, 2023. That began a long Chiron cycle which will last until the Summer of 2036.
Not all Chiron cycles are the same length. When Chiron transits between Aquarius and Gemini, it moves relatively slowly and has conjunctions with Jupiter about every 13 years. However, it can take 19-20 years for the next conjunction after Gemini or Cancer. That means once the conjunction at 16 Gemini happens in the Summer of 2036 we won’t have another conjunction of Jupiter and Chiron until the Spring of 2056 in Aquarius, which will launch another long term “expansive healing/mentoring” cycle.
Mars
Mars continues to pick up speed since it went direct at 18 Cancer in late February. This month begins with Mars in late Scorpio coming off the Grand Water Trine. Once Mars enters Sagittarius, it’ll again conjunct Mercury on Mercury’s stationary retrograde degree, activating the “Cupid” theme through their next conjunction at 27 Capricorn on January 18. Let your heart fly free in November.
This month Mars activates the house(s) where we have 28 Scorpio through 20 Sagittarius. November 1-4 finds Mars between 28 and 30 Scorpio, creating an agitating effect on planets we have between 28 and 30 degrees of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. November 4 through 18 finds Mars between 1-10 Sagittarius, creating an agitating effect on planets we have between 1-10 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius. November 18-30 agitates planets we have between 11-19 degrees of the Mutable signs.
As I’ve offered before, when Mars is within a degree of forming or separating from a hard aspect with a planet, slow down and show deliberation and caution in how you use force. Hard aspects to/from Mars always require that we moderate or antidote impulsiveness and impatience.
We’re Actors On A New Stage With A New Set – The Bigger Picture
We’re still in the initial years of a new era in human evolution. The Grand Mutation of Jupiter conjunct Saturn at 1 Aquarius began a new 20 year Aquarian Era in December 2020, as well as a new 200 year era, moving global energies out of Earth and into Air. We’ve begun to grow beyond the materialism of the past 200 years and have entered two centuries of Air emphasis, with its qualities of relatedness, receptivity, versatility, movability, lightness, and cooperative ideas, visions, and ideals.
We’re still "under the beams" of the Solar Eclipses of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and these “cosmic recyclers” continue to remove what we no longer need in our lives. Take note of where you have 1 Cancer, 24 and 13 Sagittarius, 20 Gemini, 10, 20 and 30 Aries, 11 Taurus, 30 Virgo, 11 and 22 Libra, and 2 Scorpio, since we’ve all had to let go of many things related to these sectors the past few years. We also are still under the beams of the early September Lunar eclipse at 16 Virgo/Pisces and the powerful Solar eclipse of 30 Virgo, showing we’re leaving behind a lot as we all “escape from a narrow destiny” over coming months and years.
As we study how successive Eclipses have affected various areas of our charts and lives, we can get a sense of the utility of these “Cosmic Recyclers” in removing what we no longer needed in those areas, creating a void which attracted new life experiences. They invite us to look back, and then forward, to see the continuity of “letting go, taking in, letting go, taking in” across the years.
Primary Action Beats for the First Half of the Month
As mentioned, November begins under the beams of the late October New Moon at 29 Libra, showing us techniques of repair and/or reconstruction as we join with others building spiritual community even though many things are falling apart.
The first week of the month shows Venus opposing Chiron and square Jupiter, throwing a void into late Capricorn. This challenges us to hang in there, not get distracted, and get organized in how you put your best self forward. Do not settle for lesser things when greater things are at stake.
When Mars enters Sagittarius on November 4 it immediately opposes Uranus, so go slow, practice relaxation, and try not to run in circles trying to do too much. The Full Moon on November 5 puts the focus on communicating expressed as an enjoyable communion between the world of the conscious mind and the collective consciousness.
The week ends with Mars sextile Pluto, Venus in a Yod making quincunxes to Neptune and Uranus, Venus entering Scorpio, Uranus entering Taurus, and Venus square Pluto! Make adjustments and sacrifices, and turn corners to unlock your heart strength as your life is electrified by unexpected or unusual events.
The second week begins with Mercury going stationary retrograde on the 9th, followed by Jupiter going stationary retrograde on the 11th and Mercury conjuncting Mars the entire week, showing the need for “cautious daring” and decreased impulsiveness. Slow Down! Still, it could activate a look back at the year, with memories of new freedom and new heart energies stirred up, waiting for now to begin their expression.
Primary Action Beats for the Second Half of the Month
The third week begins with the Sun quincunx Chiron, helping us make progress despite limiting conditions, and educating us in some social or emotional way. That’s followed by Sun trine Jupiter and Saturn on November 16/17 accompanied by Mercury sextile Pluto giving us a different look at the core of many things.
Mercury enters Scorpio on November 18, and immediately makes its retrograde Grand Water Trine with Neptune, Jupiter, and Saturn right before the New Moon at 29 Scorpio. The theme of that degree is about “compassionate intervention” or the ability to use love to redirect karma.
As that New Moon happens just before “the fusion of Life with inward/backward turned mind” at the Inferior conjunction, it promises interesting looks back for late November and early December. That Lunation is also trine Neptune and opposed Uranus, so read the flow, be willing to break away from the known and familiar, and follow the flow in pursuing your heart’s desire.
The third week ends and the fourth begins with Mercury’s retrograde Grand Water Trine, revising the same flow as late October but with a different perspective. Get ready for things to move forward in the last 10 days of November. Adjust your view and how you communicate; open to a new way to use inertia or resistance to further efficiency.
Venus picks up the Grand Water Trine on November 26, Saturn goes direct on the 27th, Mercury goes direct on the 29th, and the month ends with Venus opposed Uranus and trine Neptune, right before it enters Sagittarius and sextiles Pluto.
Evolutionary Development
As we’re still in the North Node in Pisces era, we’re growing through empathy, compassion, and forgiveness, demonstrated through our sense of service. We will grow in our “nonlocal awareness” and tune into what Neptune and Saturn have taught us about Pisces while “showing what we know” wherever we have late Virgo.
The Sun in Scorpio is where we eliminate useless things, feelings, and ideas as we see what we do and do not want to attract in the future. While there are losses at this time of the year, it’s a great time to adjust our magnetism and sense of connection with self, others, and Source. We’re now in the second stage of the Sun illuminating the collective sector shown by the signs between Libra and Pisces. With so many powerful Grand Water Trines, things should be fairly stable so we can adjust to the flow.
Because we’re in the fifth year of a new 20 year and 200 year cycle, remember a new era has dawned. Have courage and take the initiative to leave the Earth and fly free as the Grand Mutation expands its promise into the Divine transfigured ideal of a more just truth and future. While the old dies, the new has arrived!
Even though the ideal is far away, we are the midwives and mid-husbands to a new way of relating to Life, Energy, Consciousness, each other, and the Earth Herself. Because our essential nature is Loving Wisdom, remember to lighten up, play a little, and be willing to explore new arenas of effective activity where you can work and play with other Light Spirits. This is the time to take heart as we navigate the dawning of the Pluto in Aquarius era.
We have now collectively transfigured into a greater vision of the one Light/Life we all are together. Continue to find your heart strength and new forms of genuine happiness appropriate for who you are now, and who you are becoming relative to just a few months ago.
We now navigate the cosmic time-space between endings and beginnings so bless and forgive much to flow down the time stream. The past is over and we all have begun our trek into a new world of new potential, new adventures, and new ways to enjoy being ourselves while doing our work of Destiny. Open to the abundance of the process of growth, since we are all on a rocket ship to the stars!
